Before entering RM2000 on the handheld, a password is required.
The driver will be able to pick his name from a drop-down
list. He or she will then be able to enter their password,
which is created on the desktop, using the keypad on the
screen. If the password is incorrect, a warning box will
appear, and RM2000 will not open. This prevents unauthorized users from accessing company
and route information.
Flexible
Advantage Route Systems has pioneered route accounting systems that work on inexpensive "palm-sized" handheld devices. The new industrialized handhelds are more rugged than ever before. Many have a drop test of 3 to 4 feet and are water resistant. As a consumer, you have two types of handheld computers to choose from.
