Q. I am currently using Route Manager and eStoreFront but want to switch to Mango Web. How do I do it?
A. As of January 6, 2019, we have a defined path to migrate from ESF to Mango Web. This will consist of installing our Mango Web application onto your website and changing a few configuration settings in Route Manager. We expect this process to take about two hours (that will be deducted from your tech support hours).
Q. I already have a website but want to incorporate Mango Web so my customers can manage their account and their deliveries. What are the steps to do so?
A. Yes, the Mango Web application can be integrated seamlessly with your existing website. Your website no longer has to be built in Wordpress, as required for eStoreFront in the past.
Q. I host my own web site and want to have the entire Mango Web portion on my own web host too. Is that possible?
A. Yes, there are a few technical requirements to do so. Please contact our tech support department to discuss these requirements.
Q. Since I already have a server that is running and hosting both RMA and my website, are there any additional requirements to run Mango Web?
A. You do not need any additional hardware. You just need the ability to modify the firewall and forward ports to the RMA server.
