A. Your data is stored on our secure servers daily. A simple web interface at your location allows you to review and download your data as required. Additionally, an e-mail will be transmitted to you each time your data is successfully backed up to our servers.
Q.Who has access to my data?
A.Only you have access to your data. With your permission our certified technicians may be granted access in the event you should require assistance.
Q. How do I restore my data?
A.To restore from the latest available backup, please follow the steps below. Start ARSBackup (Start > All Programs > ARSBackup > ARSBackup) and select the “Restore” tab. In the “Restore Path” dialog, select the folder you would like to restore your files to. Press the “Get Directory” button to retrieve the list of files you may restore. Select the files you would like to restore. Press the “Restore” button
Q. Is it compatible with Windows 7?
A.Yes! ARSBackup! version 3100 and later is compatible with Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7 in both the 32bit and 64bit versions.
