For 2017, Advantage Route Systems has enhanced it support plan for RM Series 7. While keeping both programs affordable for our customers, you now have a choice on optional services such as priority call handling and around the clock support. Also included in your plan this year are discounts on supplies and hardware – the things that you use most. This is just one way we show you our appreciation for your business.

Series 7 Support Plans

RM Pro Support Plan:

RM Pro Annual Support for 1-3 desktop software users

  • Standard Tech Support Hours 6am – 5pm M-F (Pacific Time)
  • Response time on first-come, first-served basis within 8 working hours.
  • Access to customer resource website: ARS247.com, which gives full access to online manuals, online training materials, software updates, FAQ’s and Technical Documents.
  • 5 Hours of Technical Support and 1 year of unlimited updates.
  • Additional support hours may be purchased in 3 hour blocks
  • 24 hour support plan is available.
  • Support plans for additional desktop users are available.

 

RM Advanced Support Plan:

RM Advanced Annual Support for 1-3 desktop software users
